I HATE MIGRAINES

Tough luck :( I also had them sometimes nothing for many months than day after day headaches for one week. I’m lucky even very weak painkillers still work for me. So if I’m on a business trip or something I just have them. At home I sometimes endure and try to rest 🤷🏻
yeah my migraines go in and out in phases (like one month a few years ago I got one every day). I think it’s from wearing my glasses too much and also not enough lol
