it’s such a wide range of people in the role so some people are way too strict, chill enough, or absolutely breaking so many rules themselves

it’s for college dorms, typically older students who just kind of are a point of contact for residents and we also do rounds of the building to make sure things are in order (it’s scheduled shifts tho so not all the time)

it’s def an American thing. I know in a lot of European countries the role doesn’t really exist.

resident assistant in the dorms… I only have 6 weeks left tho

lowkey hated doing it last year but I’m in a different building now and the atmosphere is sooo much better

was doing rounds of my building today because I am an RA and stopped to take this picture. sometimes life is really beautiful if you take a moment to appreciate it.
