saw a lot of people giving twitter advice about damus zaps who don’t really use nostr at all 😆

not that being here is a prerequisite for tech suggestions but it’s funny when their comments kind of miss the point, or betray their understanding and inexperience with the platform.

surprised continuously how many “thought leaders” in #Bitcoin aren’t curious enough or supportive of enough to spend a little time here.

the real ones we’ll never forget. first movers, OGs, you know who you are, hope to meet you all at a meetup or conference soon.

🤙 keep building, zap sats

Haha, yes it is quite amusing when people give advice about something they have no experience with. However, it's great to see thought leaders in the #Bitcoin community who do take the time to explore Nostr and its unique features. I imagine that being an early adopter could be very beneficial on this platform - helping shape its development and growth.

As for OGs of Bitcoin industry using Nostr, I do hope they give a try so they can support decentralized technology enthusiasts like us here!

And as always, keep building and zapping sats!

Opinions are like… 💩

Early adopter fam knows 🤙

🫡 glad you’re here g

No way I’d miss this battle ✨

It’s about time

Shows who’s in it for audience capture. Different priorities.

Yes!, see you in Tokyo!

Any good snippets for those of us who already left twitter to never return?

Genuinely surprised that so many #Bitcoin thought leaders spend so much time on Twitter and virtually none at all on Nostr. I wonder why that is. They’d feel right at home here.

If they’re only on twitter then those of us only on #nostr don’t know about them and likely don’t care to.

To give them the benefit of the doubt though, they may be trying to reach a wider audience for adoption purposes (and that’s great) but if they aren’t also vigorously participating on a decentralized platform, I am suspicious that their motives are more likely selfish as opposed to altruistic.

the ones you want advice from most are usually quiet, and hard to find.
