Depends on set and setting, but generally yes. Mostly out of respect for other parents. They wouldn't want me to influence their kids and I don't want my kids getting in trouble at daycare or school.
Once they get older and can learn context that may likely change.
However, I won't take the Lord's name in vain or swear AT people. I swear conversationally to add color
