I have no idea what else is wrong with ICE but it doesn’t matter. This situation has to be judged just by itself.
The first officer steps next to her car and touches it which should automatically result in a person stopping to operate its vehicle, which she didn’t. She backed up with him still in contact with the car.
Then another person stops in front of the car, clearly seen here, when she starts moving forward.
If the person in front of the car wasn’t an officer and someone tried speeding up towards them it could kill this person easily.
Is your problem them being ICE or that the person used his right to defend its right to personal safety.
I have no dog in this as I’m not a US citizen but calling yourself journalist with that kind of blind spot is rather pathetic.
