There isn't. Not the way there used to be. We have a dent ceiling crosos and then aassove spending bill rushed through without any debate or itemized vote.

Those aren't budgets.

just referring to a document that details where the money is going.

of couse nobody reads it. they literally drop 10,000 pages on people at 1am.

agreed. I guess I wouldn't call them budgets. they're certainly not balanced. just debt ceiling increases.
