You are talking about the engineering which is impressive but that’s not my point. Anyway, did you know that the builders in the medieval time constructed the 136 meter high St. Stephen‘s cathedral with a foundation that is only 4 meters deep?

that was impressive ..but what we do now I super super impressive .. do you know high rise buildings are practical earthquake proof these days ..
Just like in any spheres ( be it agriculture or information tech ) ..the rate of growth is exponential... But as we are growing ..and since we wanna take care of 8 billion (not just God or few kings :-) .. ..our approach is becoming more utilitarian .. which is a good thing .
