I have the lodge brand cast steel. They are fantastic and I love them. I gave up cast iron die to the weight and my joints cannot handle them anymore. I have had the cast steel for many many years now.

That's the best argument I've ever heard for steel. Where's the best place to buy Lodge brand cast steel?
I know a lot of people don’t use Amazon. But I do. That is where I have purchased all of mine
