Even though Cash app is KYC, one thing I like about them is that you can send lightning Bitcoin to your account then send it as on chain immediately or vice versa.

You can do this with muun as well. It shows as a single balance regardless of funding layer. They use submarine swaps though so you're paying higher onchain fees when sending out via lightning so I wouldn't recommend doing that if you can help it. Recieving lightning is free as usual.
