Does electrs have to restart from zero after every reboot?
Had a power outage about 12 hours after initial startup so I'm not sure if it ever finished.

No it doesnt. 12 hours after initial startup of what exactly? The start9 node? Or electrs itself? Bitcoind will sync first and takes a while and then after that electrs will sync and take a while. (Im pretty positive thats how it goes lol)

The power outage probably just caused it to reset for some reason because it hadnt finished syncing. Ive had a power outage more than once or twice on my start9 and its always been good to go once turning back on and syncing for a couple minutes.
70% complete. Fingers crossed that the power stays on this time. Hottest week of the summer probably not the best time to be doing this.
