In fedi or email or similiar services that utilize domain, You always confused which address was the best to use, Which server were more open, Which server was less restricted in rules and stuff.
In #nostr, You do not need to worry about that.

Of course its the same with nostr as with any other service 🤦♂️
If you mean the part of which was open, which was strict,
Then that still depends on user itself. But still it's easy to configure relays on client.
However, When we talk about reachability of our notes, Then yes. You could worry about that.
However as something called "multiplexer" or a bouncer starts to exists to solve this problem, Worry or not, It should not become a main problem on #nostr anymore.
