Do you change the choice of fork depending on butter brand?
I chip with the knife of the fridge and use the fork as the holding device so doesn’t melt in my hands. I prefer then butter is nice and cold.
When I make seasoned brown butter, it’s too brittle. So finger holding is the only option.
