biggest drawback of carnivore diet for me is these odd energy crashes. i’m lucid alert high energy for first 8-10 hours of day then have a pretty big crash right before dinner and shortly after dinner 🧐 once i get through the crash tho im good to go

interesting. i havent experienced this, although I'm not 100% carnivore. How many times a day do you eat? fasting?
it’s really changing all the time. i work out early in AM so have 3 raw eggs and a glass of orange juice. then usually cook 2 eggs and eat 4 pieces of bacon and a bowl of fruit. lunch i had a small steak and dinner a big steak and just fruit and cheese in between
