Please explain more. I’m a Bitcoiner new to Nostr. What are the ways Nostr builds a completely new internet beyond a decentralized and permissionless Twitter alternative? Thanks in advance for the insights!

To the extent of my knowledge Nostr is a protocol and Twitter is a centralised platform. These are by no means the same thing.
True Nostr feels like a mimic of X however that is only true to the extent that it was the most obvious starting point for Nostr adoption.
Because Nostr natively entwines freedom of speech with micro payments backed by monetary truth (Bitcoin) then you have a protocol that can walk into any market suffering from abuse of power or restriction of innovation and disrupt it.
