I barely can drink 1 L, I think this just a myth you need 2 L of water to be "healthy"

It seems to lack context. You can drink 4 liters of water but that can actually dehydrate you by flushing out your electrolytes. I don’t think people making these recommendations know what they’re talking about. What if your diet is full of hydrating foods like fruit? Do you still need 2 liters?
