Consistently drinking 2 liters of water a day is impossible. Who are these fish people

Ever do hard physical labor, for 8 hours, with 115F temps?
No I actually don’t want to die from heat stroke. Also that wouldn’t really work with water. You’d need an electrolyte mixture with your drink haha
I add mineral extracts to most of the water I drink. Sea salt also works, too.
How much salt?
Meh. Bananas, watermelon, even coconut water would do you better instead of chugging salty sugar water, as blood sugar levels and other nutritional factors can exaserbate heat stress if left unchecked.
That and GI tract stress.
I agree. My electrolyte mixtures are sugar free though. Good lookin out tho 👀😂
💀 you won't enjoy the stomach cramps or hershey squirts after sucking sucralose all day
Yes. Often. It sucks.
Yeah that's easily 6 - 8 liters, right there!
I double that this time a year. Easily
Even on days when you’re inside all day with the ac on?
I don't do that, I work outside. I fill a gallon jug every morning and its empty in the afternoon. If I cant find spring water I'll add a teaspoon of sea salt to "purified water" but that's rare. I remember very few towns where I couldn't find a free spring water source and I have about 80 gallons of water storage. For fun i ride bikes. I'd die from 2l a day
You work every day? Are you a slave on a farm
👋🏻 hi
I barely can drink 1 L, I think this just a myth you need 2 L of water to be "healthy"
It seems to lack context. You can drink 4 liters of water but that can actually dehydrate you by flushing out your electrolytes. I don’t think people making these recommendations know what they’re talking about. What if your diet is full of hydrating foods like fruit? Do you still need 2 liters?
