No I actually donโt want to die from heat stroke. Also that wouldnโt really work with water. Youโd need an electrolyte mixture with your drink haha

I add mineral extracts to most of the water I drink. Sea salt also works, too.
How much salt?
Meh. Bananas, watermelon, even coconut water would do you better instead of chugging salty sugar water, as blood sugar levels and other nutritional factors can exaserbate heat stress if left unchecked.
That and GI tract stress.
I agree. My electrolyte mixtures are sugar free though. Good lookin out tho ๐๐
