Meh. Bananas, watermelon, even coconut water would do you better instead of chugging salty sugar water, as blood sugar levels and other nutritional factors can exaserbate heat stress if left unchecked.

I agree. My electrolyte mixtures are sugar free though. Good lookin out tho ๐๐
