Maybe if I find a dev and start such project on the side. I was also thinking about money caution in BTC for rental using the same principle.

What bother me a bit is the maxium time lock limitation, I know it has nothing to do with Liana but I think 13-14 months is not enough for such use case, you don't want ask both party to sign a transaction every 6-8 months but you still need a long enough time in the escrow phase with a last path long time away that allow even more recovery options.
