Actually I tried a lot things mentioned before. And to be honest, I am not sure which one helps šŸ˜…

My doctor is specilist and she adviced me to avoid gluten, sugar, lactose, alcohol and soya (well I love milk so I still drink it), so I ate mostly carnivore. I also went for gynecology-physioteraphy, laparoscopy, change my life style a bit, read books etc. I even try some "witch" - but she was just witch and didn't help me. But it seems at the end it helps somehow and I didn't have any major symptoms for 6 months. šŸ™ Now I am dealing with other symptoms (🤰), but they are not that horrible as endo could be.

I would like to share all these experience so in summer we have week trainings for youth workers about this topic - so they can spread the word (we will have experts from that field there). I still think lot people don't know what endometriosis is and do not understand people who suffer from it.

I am super curious to know how it goes! My husband and I were talking about trying next year (šŸ¤°šŸ¼) but I’m nervous with the endo and I’m scared to come off the hormones

Me too. Even if anything happens, I am glad for each day where everything is ok šŸ™

I didn't take hormones for 5 years (before I take them for 5 years but not because of endo).

Good luck šŸ¤ž
