Good morning nostr friends, its coffee time, and also time to think about the day ahead. I'll be doing a turnover at the cabin later this morning, because we have another booking this Thursday. Its unusual for us to have weekday guests, but i'll take it. Beyond that, it should just be the usual homestead chores today. I went ahead and ordered a Seedsigner yesterday, so i'm excited to start playing with that. Yes, i've decided to spread out my btc into a different kind of device. I still love my coldcard, but i also like the idea of having a stateless signer. With seedsigner you dont have to worry about protecting/securing the device itself since it doesnt store your seeds. If someone stole it, there's nothing on it. Plus it can generate multiple seeds on the same device. I'll be playing with the seed QR method of signing with it. We will see.

I almost ordered one of those, just to try out. I think its good to always be on the lookout for new ways to secure our btc.
