Although I may be accused of being a boomer, and although my social standing now justifiably falls ten points by admitting I've been there, I have to say I cannot stand that hellscape store's "self-checkout" abominations. Half the time just picking something up to scan it, or setting it down will initiate some never-explained "error" or alarm. No thanks!
