Morning run, get you metabolism active for the day. Get some sunshine. And prepare yourself to run just after waking up. Prepare your clothes and shoes before going to bed. Make it as easy as possible to go. In the evening the excuses start to come. I'm tired, I already walked a lot. You don't have those when you just got out of bed and your running shoes next to your bed.
