Ehh.. this one's too specific...

Do we even have a reasonably universal "classifieds listings" standard? What does your client use, out of curiosity?

Nip99, but specific is good. Nips usually start super general and migrate to more specific kinds with more appropriate tags.

Its like pictures and videos that went from kind 1, to nip 94 files to nip 68, and videos files went even further by separating between shorts and longs.

This seems redundant tho. The physical place nip should just have extra tags added on.and then the booking via nip 99 should make a calendar event especially bc the reservation shouldn't be made by the person requesting it, it should be made by the person who owns the space accepting the reservation.

Believe it or not, I tried finding existing NIPS for the purposes of rentable spaces. I must've missed this as a possibility and can look into NIP-99's feasibility here.

I agree. This is how I handle functionality with the booking system I created.
