If you're having symptoms 30 days after your initial bite then the allopathic medicine approach won't kill the borrelia bacterium in your system because they've already learned to mask themselves in your intestines. In Spain it is rare,i had the rash,I was treated actually a month after bite, dictir would not suspect it was even if it grew all over my leg, it is rare here so there are not many protocols. Was on antibiotics. Was checked years later told me it was clear. I am having some odd symptoms lately and I suspect maybe not so. Unconfirmed though. Something is flairing though. Will seek info, though I dont know if it is related or no, being checked.
