What is your Proust moment?

A “Proustian moment” is when a particular scent conjures up a certain experience, time or a place. Appellation is inspired by this experience – the recollection of scent memories.

he’s been dead inside for at least 20 if that counts 🤣

🤣100%

great question— need time to reflect. But for now— here is a latté & Proust (took this pic last summer) — 🥂📖

then i guess a smell of coffee or new printed book will bring you back to that moment :)

yes!— except, I feel the foam on my lips as well as the smell of milk & coffee.

— my copy of that book is sitting on my enclosed porch— may reread a page or 2 tomorrow.

Thanks for the memory! 📖
