I'm looking into potentially getting sheep to raise on my small acreage (4.5 acres fenced, but probably ~3 acres available to sheep. Can anyone recommend a book on sheep raising that would help me know what to do to raise sheep and also help me know what I am getting myself into and what infrastructure I need to have in place before getting the sheep?

Oh you don't need a book, just watch Greg Judy on YouTube and he can teach you. That's where I learned most of what I know! He rocks!

I'll definitely check out Greg Judy, but I personally really like books and they are handier when you need to reference a particular piece of information.

Yeah it is nice to have a book. I guess my wife's family already had a lot of experience with sheep so I never did as much research as normal. Good luck on your adventures though!
