As a kid, the only water I had access to during sports at the park was that sketchy water fountain that probably never had its filter changed. Iād play for hours then go chug tons of water. That seems to be more consistent with what our ancestors did: spend hours hunting until they either caught something to eat or found a water source to replenish themselves.
Discussion
Lots of our ancestors died of various clogged lungs diseases from sitting in front of a fire so often. The ancestral way isn't always the best way.
I don't know in this case, just saying it isn't a foolproof argument for ideal health.
