We've renamed it "Collections", to clarify the content of the spec, but it's the revamped and streamlined NKBIP-01 NUD, containing the 30040 and 30041 events.

Plenty of uses for lists of lists.

- Bookmark Trees

- File Folder Trees

- Categorized links - Think of the original Yahoo index, or drill down of books in a library or even their composition to units, chapters and sectiond.
