Okay, we're trying out proposing a #NIP.
We've renamed it "Collections", to clarify the content of the spec, but it's the revamped and streamlined NKBIP-01 NUD, containing the 30040 and 30041 events.

Why would anyone want to build "collections" - composable lists of notes? 🤷
Whats the intended use case in non-dev speak (bud, nud, dip, nip etc)?
