We've renamed it "Collections", to clarify the content of the spec, but it's the revamped and streamlined NKBIP-01 NUD, containing the 30040 and 30041 events.

We've changed the title to "Curated Publications", to make it clear, that it is a document or #eBook event. 📖

You edited the commit header, but the PR header is a GitHub field.
