My 6 yo is hungry all day long. Doesn’t matter how much he eats, hungry 5 mins later. 😣

Sounds like a central banker
Well the body needs an enormous amount of material to grow.
But just maybe different food?
When our body lacks certain nutrients we sometimes have the desire to eat without being hungry.
He has access to the entire fridge and I'm fortunate to say there's no lack of nutrients there.
It's by phases, at some age they never eat and 6 months to 1 yesr later they eat all day long. It will stabilize eventually.
Yeah I’m not complaining too much it’s just super annoying to have food ready all the time no matter where you go
Give him red meat and egg with bacon, cut out the carbs and it might be a different story. Cheers!
Eats meat all the time. Doesn’t like eggs.
Sounds like you have a champ in the making, I feed my children as carnivore as possible and they stay comfortably stuffed for hours, but if I add too many fruits or they get the occasional bread/tortilla, they eat even more and get hungrier sooner. It's all about the hunger signals caused by the different hormones we release when we eat certain foods.
