Now, sure, if you don’t sleep at all you die.
But if you just get bad sleep off an on that’s not worse than laying there and eating 10k calories a day.
Ok, I see where you are coming from. Clearly the whole balance is important, but what I am saying is that you’ll need to get your sleep in order before any of the other things will start having the full potential of their benefits. So, get your sleeping in order, then (while continuing with good sleeping habits) proceed fixing the rest which would be much easier.

Just saying this is vastly different than your last comment that sleep is the most important factor over diet/exercise.
Anywhooo. Sleep is important.
