Only thing Iโ€™ve ever done on it is zone out for an hour and do easier lower heart rate cardio. I like it better than getting on a treadmill.

I cannot imagine doing an hour on this thing lmao. I find it the most cardio intensive for Zone 4+ out of bike, row or run.

I was running out of gas quickly at the end, came out of the gate too hard
