My Grandpa had a dog kill a chicken once so he tied the chicken to the dog’s collar and left it there for about two weeks. The dog surprisingly never touched another one. I’m not saying it was the right way to deal with the situation, but there were other dogs that just ended up at the tree line for good. Old days old ways
