I’m guessing it’s “tallow” with 11 seed oils and 35 preservatives mixed in so… not tallow

If you want pure fat, take a look at Epic. They have Duck fat, lard and tallow. That's where I get my duck fat.
duck fat is amazing. currently have a good beef tallow provider but must add duck fat
