Hear me out. Democracy was implemented with evil intentions by the $bank. In Democracy the leaders do not take the responsibility ever.
So no one can be balmed, but everyone does nothing but blame.

As true as that is, it is not inherent to democracy. We could change that - make revolving doors illegal, make campaign funding illegal. In some countries the state funds the campaign equally for all and it is illegal to spend more.
They way in which it was implemented across Europe is via assainations and word wars, funded by the money printer.
