There isn't a really good way yet. People will recommend muting and echo chambering, which is ultimately a test of your intelligence whether you get trapped by that. If you have a lot of coding skill you could build the tools we need to fix this problem, but for now the internet is just flooded with low quality content and old tools that used to curate quality feeds have basically all been defeated
