I woke up today (for about 10 minutes) around noon. Went back to bed and woke up at 5pm.
It felt good.

I spent the day outside in the grass and on my slackline. It was a glorious day. Gonna crash early and do yoga class in the AM. A beautiful weekend. 🙏✨
