Ok ok I’ll admit that I rather like kubernetes. Geez, it just took like 3 years of using it to be able to admit it to myself.

i've never used kube, but i loved VMs and Docker containers, so i figured once i have an opportunity to play with kube i'd love it too for it's scalability.

Or you could try nomad by hashicorp. It's order of magnitude simpler. If you want more complex control you can add consul and vault for secrets. But i've been using nomad for 2 years and I am very happy. Simple AF, just thevway I like it.

I wonder if something that takes 3 years of using to feel confident with is really the best we can do though.
