That’s my question as well! Kind of defeats the purpose needing to be close to chat. Would be cool if it worked like Apple Air tags that even if they are far you could still communicate. I know they also use gps and cellular but it would be really cool if it was possible only with the Bluetooth mesh technology
yea, mesh networks have to be in line of sight to work.
Pretty sure nobody in Central Massachusetts is on it or knows what a satoshi is.
