Does this work with Tapsigner?

Yes!

Do you guys have QR signing support?

SeedSigner for ex.

Yes we have QR support for SeedSigner, Passport, Jade, Keystone, and ColdCard for all actions (import, signing, multisig registration etc.)

Are we able to connect to our own node?

Is it possible to use a testnet or signet electrum server and wallet in Keeper? I don’t see a way to change the wallet derivation path to m/84'/1'/0'

We have that option in a beta version we are happy to share. Will be coming to the main app likely later this month or early next month.
