Impossible to know, but I think it might be only 5-10 years. There’s the saying that there are decades when nothing happens and weeks when decades happen, and it feels like we’re close.

There’s also the idea that if you were to put a drop of water in an empty Lake Michigan and double it every day, it would fill within a few weeks, but a just few days before it was full, it would still be almost entirely empty.

In other words, when thinks go exponential, it takes very little time to go from one state to another.

Kicking the can down the road isn’t linear. They are shrinking the road at an increasing rate as they do it too.

Just my opinion, though, I admit thinks have held up (or whatever you want to call the current state) for *much* longer than I had expected in say April of 2020.

“Things” not ‘thinks”

My brain is now configured for grammo auto-corrects bc of #Nostr

Honestly, you could be right. So much has happened in just the past two weeks; things I didn't expect to see for at least a few months. But, who knows?!

"a decade when nothing happens and a week when decades happen." I love it. Poetry to my ears.

I just wanna say that if it really does happen that soon, then I'll take that as a sign that God truly does exist.
