No it isn't, you're right but I struggle with killing anyone unless it's duress such as self defense.

OT is clear on justice.

NT is clear on forgiveness.

Murder must be met with execution and grace.

God didn't make women with a heart to carry out justice, but he did put that in Men, even Christians.
