Not sure what you tested, but in case you missed it, electrum has built in support for submarine swaps too, so you don't even have to use boltz.

On master there is even an integration of swap coordination over Nostr (providers can announce themselves on Nostr)

Yes I am aware of this feature and discussed it a few months back. Doesn't seem to work on testnet and signet.

Probably doesn't work because no provider is set for testnet/signet. Maybe with the Nostr integration some 3rd party will run a swap provider for testing in the future, which could then simply be selected in the UI.
