Truth bomb: there will never be a place where we land, and everyone has the same opportunities. If you want a seat at a particular table, earn it. Yes it is easier for some and harder for others: the only thing that’s equal is the fact that none of us are.
Do the work, show up, bring your expertise or your talent or your insight, and if it is extraordinary, it WILL rise to the top, regardless of inequity.
And if you don’t believe that you will never achieve that and that is on you.
As a woman does this kind of shit piss you and your women friends off?
I can’t speak for anyone else. Speaking for myself I find this actually *exploitative* and manipulative. I don’t WANT to be advanced because I’m a woman. I want to advance because I won based on my merit and proof of work.

Central banking is all about performative signalling. They're just diversifying their portfolio of authority in case money and climate are a bust and they lose status. Fair enough 🤷
Maybe they are cold without heating from a decent energy source, warm hugs for prosperity!
