Not really possible with the current available wallets.
That’ll change when Stack wallet implements Whirlpool.
Yea this will be great. Samourai didn't sound too confident about them getting it into the app store which is concerning. This will be great for iOS owners and the ecosystem as a whole.
You can use JAM on iOS, that's the only tool I'm aware of.

I wrote this a while back. Total hack way, but technically able to initiate whirlpool spends from iOS. Then spend those post mix UTXOs from something like BlueWallet.
Downside of course is you don’t get post-mix spending tools like Stonewall/S2X since you’re using BlueWallet to construct the transactions
