It is only natural that terrorists are paid in bitcoins and xmr. They can't be paid in dollars and euros. They are terrorists, not fools.

The dollar was different 50 years ago and so were the terrorists.
Somebody made the point in the OP that terrorists wouldn't use something like Bitcoin as a means of payment because it would be too traceable.
XMR or something like that makes more sense.
