I'd like a relay that lets me configure filtering to be able to exclude

- posts that consist of only link(s) (e.g. photos without text content)

- posts that consist of only emojis

Both of these would be useful for quicker scanning through feed for improving signal:noise ratio when I don't want to get distracted by memes

Will be looking for features like this for ongoing relay costs

Ideally yes. Should be able to filter either way depending on what client your using.

With gossip, I just want text.

With nostrgram and Amethyst, I want more rich media
