I'd like a relay that lets me configure filtering to be able to exclude

- posts that consist of only link(s) (e.g. photos without text content)

- posts that consist of only emojis

Both of these would be useful for quicker scanning through feed for improving signal:noise ratio when I don't want to get distracted by memes

Will be looking for features like this for ongoing relay costs
